Interested in Cybersecurity or Information Assurance? Looking for great scholarship opportunities? The CyberCorps: Scholarship for Service (SFS) program might be for you.

If you are interested in SFS or would like to know what it is about, please join us for a PIZZA PARTY and information session on Wednesday, March 8th at 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM in DUE 3099 (the new CS conference room on the 3rd floor of the new Engineering wing). We will present information about the SFS program as well as the application process, and will be on hand to answer any questions you have. All students are welcome!

The CyberCorps: Scholarship for Service (SFS) program is currently accepting applications for students who would like to receive the scholarship starting in Fall 2017. The program is designed for students interested in studying Cybersecurity or Information Assurance at Kansas State University.

The scholarships fully fund the typical costs that students pay for books, tuition, and fees while attending K-State. Additionally, participants receive stipends of $22,500 per year for undergraduates, and $34,000 for graduate students. The scholarships are funded through a grant awarded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) to Kansas State University.

Please visit http://cisa.k-state.edu/scholarship/ for more information about the scholarship including application instructions, benefits, and eligibility requirements. Applications will be accepted through March 27th, 2017.

Please contact Russell Feldhausen (russfeld@ksu.edu) if you have any questions about the program.
