This position supports our secretaries and faculty in daily office clerical work as well as serving as the front in respondent to phone and in-person inquiries. You'll need to absorb where to find answers for routine questions from our web pages and learn where to re-direct inquiries that are less routine. Students in this position will work on computers, databases, spreadsheets, word docs, publisher docs, an occasional power point doc and a ton of scanning and shredding. There will be opportunities to expand this position into the experience you need for your career after graduation. There is a 15-hour minimum requirement to work, but with a maximum of 20 with a pay rate of $7.50 per hour. Hours are flexible based off of your class schedule.
