Staff Tuition and Fees Policy

Effective July 2023

The Department of Computer Science will cover all tuition and fees beyond the standard 3-credit tuition
assistance provided by Kansas State University, for up to 4 credit hours of CS department courses per
semester, for any full-time staff member in the department. This includes commonly paired courses such
as CC 110 and CC 111, provided the total credit hours do not exceed 4. This support does not include costs
for books or other required course materials.

To qualify for this assistance, the employee must hold a full-time (0.9 FTE or greater), benefits-eligible
position within the Department of Computer Science.
